Terms & Conditions — Bro138 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and Bro138 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the Bro138 online gaming platform, accessible at https://bro138.buzz and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

By creating an account, accessing the Bro138 platform, or using any part of our services — including but not limited to placing bets, claiming bonuses, making deposits, or requesting withdrawals — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

Bro138 provides online gaming services including sports betting, live casino, slot games, lottery, arcade, and crash games to players in markets where such services are accessible. These Terms apply to all registered members regardless of jurisdiction, device, or access method used to interact with the platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member to access and use the Platform.
• "Member" / "User" / "Player" refers to any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform.

• "Bonus Funds" means funds credited to a Member's Account as part of a promotional offer, subject to specific bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the number of times a Member must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to authenticate a Member's identity prior to processing withdrawals or upon the Platform's request.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator — the certified technology used to ensure fairness and randomness in applicable game outcomes.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of Bro138, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, technical outages of third-party infrastructure, or regulatory changes.

To register and maintain an Account on Bro138, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Bro138 strictly prohibits participation by individuals under 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement applies universally across all game categories and services on the platform.
2. You must be a natural person (i.e., an individual, not a corporation or automated system).
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction before registering.
5. You must not already hold an existing active Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person is permitted.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of Bro138, or a close family member of any such person, unless prior written consent has been granted by the Company.

To access Bro138's services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information as requested. You agree that:

• All information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and belongs to you as an individual.
• You will maintain and promptly update your registration information as necessary to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You will notify Bro138 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.1 KYC Verification

Bro138 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents from any Member at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawal requests, upon detection of suspicious account activity, or during periodic compliance reviews. Required documents may include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence for Malaysian members);
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months);
• A selfie holding the submitted ID document;
• Proof of payment method used for deposits.

Failure to submit requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of persistent non-compliance, Account closure.

By using the Bro138 platform, you agree to use our services solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge and accept the following:

• Online gambling involves inherent financial risk. You participate entirely at your own risk and discretion.
• Bro138 does not guarantee any winnings or positive outcomes from any game, bet, or wager placed on the platform.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited into your Account are lawfully obtained and free from any criminal origin.

• Game results, bet outcomes, and account transactions recorded by the Platform shall be considered final and definitive in all disputes, subject only to demonstrable technical error.

6.1 Deposits

Bro138 supports deposits via a range of Malaysian payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, as well as cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the relevant sections of the Platform and are subject to change.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and the forfeiture of associated funds pending investigation.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's Account must be fully KYC verified prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• Bro138 targets processing most withdrawal requests within 30 minutes; however, processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or pending compliance checks.
• Bro138 reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits, conduct additional verification, or delay withdrawal processing where required by internal risk management policies or regulatory obligations.

6.3 Currency

The primary operating currency on the Bro138 platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Currency conversion where applicable will be conducted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Bro138 shall not be liable for exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

Bro138 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion in addition to the general conditions set out in this Section.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly displayed on each promotion page and may range from 10x to 35x depending on the offer type.
• Maximum bet limits apply while bonus funds are active. Placing bets exceeding the maximum permitted stake during a bonus period may result in bonus forfeiture. Typical maximum bet limits range from RM25 to RM50 per round, as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Game contribution rates vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates (commonly 10%–20%) or may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the bonus expiry date will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Typical bonus validity windows range from 7 to 30 days.
• One bonus per player: Each Member is entitled to claim each promotional offer a maximum of one time unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Maximum cashout limits may apply to certain bonus offers, capping the total amount of bonus-derived winnings that can be transferred to a Member's real-money balance.

7.2 Bonus Abuse & Fraud

Bro138 employs robust monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses; coordinated wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements; arbitrage betting using bonus funds; and collusion between members. Where bonus abuse is detected, Bro138 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the Bro138 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions processed through the Platform.
• Using software tools, bots, or automated systems to place bets, interact with games, or circumvent any security, verification, or bonus protection mechanism.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform.
• Attempting to hack, probe, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward Bro138 staff or other Members.

All content on the Bro138 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall visual design — is the property of Bro138 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of Bro138.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bro138 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials;
• Interruptions to Platform services caused by scheduled maintenance, Force Majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures;
• Game result disputes where the Platform's technical records demonstrate accurate and fair outcomes;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information presented on the Platform that subsequently proves inaccurate due to technical error.

In all circumstances, Bro138's total aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

As part of our responsible gambling obligations, Bro138 provides all Members with access to the following tools and measures:

• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request;
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive calendar months.

In the event of Account closure due to a verified breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings held in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Member subject to the satisfactory completion of KYC verification and clearance of any applicable security reviews.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may submit a closure request to [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

Bro138 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior individual notification to Members. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure as described in Section 12.

These Terms, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or your use of the Bro138 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the internal policies of Bro138.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and Bro138, the Member should first contact the Customer Support team at [email protected] to seek resolution through the Platform's internal dispute process. Bro138 aims to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, the parties agree to pursue resolution through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution process before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
